Passmates
A local who's been there, for your first weeks
Passmates are people with confirmed status where you're going. They meet you at the airport, help you find a place, sort out paperwork and introduce you around. Or help newcomers where you live, at your own prices.

Questions
What is a Passmate?
A person with confirmed status in a country who helps newcomers there: an airport pickup, a short stay, a city tour, paperwork, introductions. They're independent, not e-Passage staff.
What does it cost?
Each Passmate sets their own prices, and some help is free. Finding and asking Passmates, and chatting with them, are part of an e-Passage plan.
How do I pay a Passmate?
Directly, the way you both agree, after you've met. e-Passage doesn't take payment for Passmate help or a share of it. Never pay in advance.
Is it safe?
We confirm each Passmate's status and offer an ID check, show ratings, keep the chat on e-Passage, and let you report or block anyone. Still, meet somewhere public first and trust your judgement.
How do I become a Passmate?
Sign up, confirm your status where you live, then set up your card: your city, what you offer and your prices. It's free.
Can I earn from it?
Yes. You set a price for each kind of help, or offer it free. You're paid directly by the people you help.
How long does approval take?
It's instant when your ID check matches your status document. Otherwise our team checks your card, usually within a few days.
What if there's no Passmate in my city yet?
Ask us to tell you when one joins. We'll let you know once, in the app and by email.
What if someone doesn't show up?
Tap “Didn't show up” on the request. Our team looks into it, and several no-show reports pause a Passmate's card.
