Who can join
Legal advisors and licensed immigration advisers in good standing. We check every licence against your regulator’s public register before you see a client, and again on a schedule. For example:
- Canadian law societies (e.g. Law Society of Ontario)
- College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (Canada)
- Solicitors Regulation Authority (England and Wales)
- Immigration Advice Authority (UK)
- Law Society of Ireland
- Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Australia)
- US state bars
How the relationship works
Legal advisors contract directly with their clients. e-Passage introduces you and provides the tooling; once a client chooses you, you agree services, contracts and payment with them directly, outside e-Passage. We don’t take payment for your services or a share of your fees.
Questions legal advisors ask
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Clients engage and pay you directly under your own retainer, outside e-Passage. e-Passage introduces you and provides the tooling; it isn’t a party to your engagement.
What does it cost to join?
Applying and registering interest are free. Once you’re approved, being listed for clients and responding to cases needs the advisor plan: a 30-day free trial, then US$36 a month, cancel any time. That subscription is the only thing e-Passage charges advisors. We take no share of your legal fees and handle no payments for legal services: once a client chooses you, you agree services and payment with them directly.
How do you verify my licence?
We check your licence number against your regulator’s public register, confirm your identity, and repeat the check on a schedule. Files are only shared with verified, active profiles.
Can I limit how much work I take on?
Yes. You set your jurisdictions, specialities, languages and weekly capacity, and you can pause new clients at any time with one switch.
What do I see before accepting a client?
A summary of the pathway, the person’s goals and the file’s readiness. Personal details and documents are shared only once the client chooses you and you accept.
