Questions, answered
The short answers. Every detail is in our guides and legal centre.
What is a Passlist?
A checklist for one country and one goal, like settling in, a trip or a new job. It starts with ready-made items for both, with official links where we have them.
Who can see my Passlist?
Only you and the people you invite. You can also share a link and choose the sections it shows, whether people must sign in, and when it expires.
Can I plan with family or friends?
Yes. Invite them to add items, tick them off and comment, and give items a due date and an owner.
Can I add my own items?
Yes. Add items and sections, hide what doesn't apply, and add notes, dates and prices.
What are Passmates?
Locals with confirmed status in the country who help newcomers: an airport pickup, a short stay, a city tour. Asking them for help from your list is part of Premium.
