Permanent residence by investment (Immigration Permit under Regulation 6(2))
Official name: Immigration Permit for investors, Regulation 6(2) of the Aliens and Immigration Regulations (policy revision May 2023)
The Minister of Interior can grant an immigration permit (permanent residence) to non-EU investors who invest at least 300,000 EUR, for example in real estate, and show a secure income. The permit covers the spouse and children under 18. The holder must show every year that the investment, income and health cover are kept.
