Residence by investment
Law 171-07
Foreign investors can apply at a Dominican consulate for a Residence Visa (RS) based on an investment certified by the relevant authority. The investment can be direct investment (certified by ProDominicana, formerly CEI-RD), a free-zone company, a border development project or a tourism project. The MIREX visa page does not set a minimum amount.
