Commonwealth of Dominica Citizenship by Investment Programme
Dominica grants citizenship by naturalisation to investors who contribute to the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) or buy approved real estate, under section 101 of the Constitution, the Citizenship Act and the Citizenship by Investment Regulations SRO 8 of 2024 (amended 2025). Applications go through Authorised Agents to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) and include due diligence and a mandatory interview. Dominica signed the 2025 ECCIRA agreement, and since 1 January 2026 its nationals face partial US entry restrictions linked to the programme; the UK has required visas since July 2023.
