Temporary residence visa for students
Official name: Concesión de visa de residencia temporal de estudiante
Foreigners enrolled at an accredited Ecuadorian school, university or official-language institute, or doing pre-professional or professional internships, can apply online for a student temporary residence visa. It lasts as long as the studies or internship, up to two years, and can be renewed with updated study documents.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in Brazil, DR Congo, Uganda
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from Brazil, DR Congo or Uganda (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit there) need a valid yellow fever certificate.
