Official name: Családi együttélés biztosítása célú tartózkodási engedély
Family members of Hungarian citizens and of many foreign residents of Hungary can get a residence permit to live with them. People who need a visa apply at a Hungarian consulate abroad; visa-free nationals can apply in Hungary through Enter Hungary. Family members of people on many short-term or work-only permits (guest worker, seasonal, employment, White Card, student) cannot use this route.
