Visa rules for Kiribati are set by the Kiribati Immigration Act 2019 and the 2020 Immigration Procedure, administered by the Immigration Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration. Nationals of countries listed in the 2023 Visa Exemption Order do not need a visa; others apply for a visitor visa using the official form. Applicants show funds in their own name and onward travel, or a sponsor's completed sponsorship form.
