Temporary residence permit for spouses and children of Latvian citizens, non-citizens and permanent residents
A spouse of a Latvian citizen, Latvian non-citizen or permanent resident can request a temporary residence permit for up to two years, provided the couple live together. Minor children can get permits for up to six years, and parents of Latvian citizens or non-citizens who have reached retirement age for up to two years.
