Madagascar's non-immigrant visa allows a stay of up to 90 days for tourism, business, conferences, family events, medical visits, research and similar purposes. It is issued on arrival at the airport or port, or by a Malagasy embassy before travel. It cannot be turned into an immigrant visa and does not allow work.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 9 months and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in one) need a valid yellow fever certificate.
