Residential Visa
retirees, investors, persons of repute
Nepal's residential visa is a long-stay visa for people of international reputation, people who can make an outstanding contribution, investors of at least USD 100,000 in an industrial enterprise, and foreigners who want to live in Nepal without doing business. The non-business route requires proof of funds and yearly income and an age of 60 or retirement. It is issued after Home Ministry approval and renewed yearly.
