Temporary residence for studies
Foreign nationals enrolled at a higher education institution accredited by Serbia's Ministry of Education apply for approval of temporary residence on the grounds of studies, online through the Foreign Nationals' Portal or at the police. They provide proof of enrolment, subsistence, health insurance and a registered address, and pay the administrative fees set in the online form. Nationals who need a D visa must apply while it is valid and on the same grounds.

Eligibility
Enrolment
Confirmation of enrolment in a higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, stating the length of the programme; for extensions, a certificate of attendance with year of enrolment and programme length.
Subsistence and insurance
Proof of subsistence and of health insurance for the planned temporary residence.
Address
A landlord's statement agreeing to the registered address, or a tenancy agreement.
