Student's Pass

The Student's Pass lets a foreign student who has been accepted for full-time study at a Singapore institution live in Singapore for the course. Students at Institutes of Higher Learning (local universities, polytechnics and approved foreign university campuses) apply online to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) after receiving an offer. Since 27 February 2023 the pass is issued only in digital form.
