BVI work permit (Labour Code) with Immigration entry permit

Non-Belongers working in the BVI need a work permit from the Department of Labour and Workforce Development under the Labour Code, plus an immigration entry permit from the Department of Immigration. Applications and renewals are made through the Labour Management System (LMS). Since 1 October 2025 the Department of Immigration also charges for work permit cards.
