Entry visa (business, student or tourist) with Department of Immigration invitation
Visitors to Yemen need a visa from a Yemeni embassy. Every application needs an invitation letter from Yemen's Department of Immigration, so travel only works with a host or sponsor in Yemen. The Yemeni embassy in Washington says it is not issuing tourist visas at this time and lists business, student and official visas. Yemen is affected by ongoing conflict, and many governments advise against all travel there.
