- Fee
- €10.40Standard (5 working days). Urgent next working day: EUR 20.80. English translation: EUR 6.40 standard / 12.80 urgent. Posting: EUR 4.20 Latvia, EUR 10.90 abroad.
- Processing time
- 5 working days standard; 1 working day urgent
- Notes
- 50% reduction for certain groups (disability, low income, politically repressed).
