Not confirmed

We couldn’t confirm these on an official page. Check the official page.

  • Official source is a 2022 announcement; vytiah.mvs.gov.ua now redirects to the script-rendered MVS 'single window' portal, so current steps could not be read.
  • Fee not stated on the official page.
  • Diia, Main Service Centre (hsc.gov.ua) and Ukrainian embassy (mfa.gov.ua) pages returned HTTP 403, so the Diia route, paper/apostille options, in-person route and applying from abroad could not be confirmed.
  • Whether foreigners who lived in Ukraine can apply is not stated.
