Visiting Antigua and Barbuda
Citizens of visa-exempt countries, including EU states, the UK and most Commonwealth countries, can visit for holiday or business for up to six months. Visa-required nationals apply online for an eVisa. Those who hold a valid US, Canadian, UK or Schengen visa or residence card can instead get a 30-day tourist visa on arrival. Visitors cannot work.

Antigua and Barbuda Work Permit
Non-citizens generally need a work permit from the Labour Department to work in Antigua and Barbuda; Division F of the Labour Code lists those exempt. The employer files the application with the Labour Commissioner after trying to fill the post locally. A work permit does not give residence: the holder remains a 'bona fide visitor' and must also have the permitted time endorsed in the passport by the Immigration Department.
