Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Programme
Antigua and Barbuda grants citizenship to investors who contribute to the National Development Fund (NDF) or the UWI Fund, buy approved real estate, or make an approved business investment, under the 2013 Act and 2014 Regulations as amended (latest listed 2024). Applications go through licensed agents to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). New citizens must spend at least five days in the country within five calendar years. Antigua and Barbuda signed the 2025 ECCIRA agreement, and since 1 January 2026 its nationals face partial US entry restrictions linked to the programme.
