Residencia transitoria – Nómada Digital
art. 24 h, Ley 25.871; Disposición DNM 758/2022
A temporary (transitoria) residence of up to 180 days, extendable once for the same period, for people who work remotely for clients or employers abroad. It is limited to nationals of countries that do not need a tourist visa for Argentina. It can be requested in Argentina from the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (DNM), and Argentine consulates also issue a matching digital nomad visa.

Applicants must provide remote services to individuals or companies domiciled abroad, using computer, telecom or similar means.
Proof of activity
Provide a signed application, a short CV and supporting documents, with at least one occupational reference.
