Resident card for a dependent spouse or child
A foreign resident can have a dependent spouse and children documented through ONECI resident cards. The spouse's file includes a legalised statement of financial support and the sponsoring spouse's resident card and work or trade documents. Children under 16 need parental authorisation and the parent's resident card. Service Public CI lists a 45-day processing time for the dependent spouse card.
