Curaçao tourist stay and extension

Toelatingsorganisatie

Curaçao is an autonomous country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands with its own admission law, run by the Admission Organisation (Toelatingsorganisatie). Stay limits depend on nationality: Dutch and US nationals up to 6 months a year, EU, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and Japanese nationals up to 90 days, and others up to 30 days unless extended. Visa nationals need a Caribbean short-stay visa from a Dutch embassy or consulate.
