FSM entry permit for employment or short-term contractual services
Visits to the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) of more than 30 days need an entry permit from the national Division of Immigration and Labor. People coming to work or to provide services on a short-term contract can get a permit for a set period that matches the time the work needs. The national form covers short-term contractual employment of up to 90 days. Employment in the private sector is excluded from that form and follows separate requirements.
