Greenland short-stay visa and visa-free visit
Greenland is a self-governing part of the Kingdom of Denmark and is outside the Schengen Area and the EU. A Danish or other Schengen visa is not valid for Greenland; visa nationals need a visa specifically valid for Greenland, applied for at Danish missions. Many nationalities (including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan and most EU states) visit visa-free, and Nordic citizens can live and work freely.
