E23 Work Visa (Visa Kerja) and Limited Stay Permit (ITAS/KITAS) with approved RPTKA
Foreign workers in Indonesia need an employer sponsor, an approved Foreign Worker Utilisation Plan (RPTKA) from the Ministry of Manpower, and an E23 work visa from the Directorate General of Immigration. The employer files the RPTKA on the TKA-Online system and pays the DKPTKA levy. The sponsor then applies for the E23 visa, which becomes a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS, commonly called KITAS) on entry.
