Isle of Man Worker Migrant visa with Confirmation of Employment and work permit
Non-British, non-Irish nationals coming to work in the Isle of Man use Isle of Man worker routes: Worker Migrant, Worker Intra-Company Transfer, Worker Migrant Health and Care, and Tier 5 Temporary Workers. The employer issues a Confirmation of Employment (CoE), and the Department for Enterprise issues a work permit to people who are not Isle of Man workers. Entry clearance is applied for through the UK Government website.

The Worker Migrant route is for roles a Settled Worker cannot fill. A Shortage Occupation List and Sequential Labour Market Test replaced the Key Employment List and Resident Labour Market Test.
Confirmation of Employment
You need a Confirmation of Employment to apply from overseas and to renew your visa.

The Department for Enterprise issues work permits to people not classed as Isle of Man workers; holders of an Immigration Employment Document are exempt.
