Jamaican citizenship by naturalisation
Adults can apply to PICA for naturalisation after at least five years of residence in Jamaica in total, including the 12 months just before applying. Applicants need four Jamaican-born sponsors, two newspaper notices and tax and income evidence. PICA aims to send compliant applications to the Minister within 24 months.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in one) need a valid yellow fever certificate.
