Foreign Worker Work Permit and Employment Card
MLVT / FWCMS
Under the 1997 Labour Law, no foreigner can work in Cambodia without a work permit and an employment card from the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT). Applications are made online through the Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS). Employers must first request a yearly quota to use foreign labour. New foreign workers must apply within 90 days of first entering Cambodia, and existing cards are renewed each year.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in one) need a valid yellow fever certificate.
