Nationals of many countries can visit without a visa, while others must get a Cayman visitor visa before travelling. Cayman visas are applied for through CBC, not the UK Home Office.

Visa-free or visa-required nationality
CBC publishes a list of visa-free and visa-required countries. Nationals on the visa-required list must obtain a visa before travel.
Jamaican nationals
Jamaican nationals resident in the USA, Canada or UK may not need a visa when arriving from one of those countries; CBC has a dedicated page for Jamaican and Honduran nationals.
Transit
Visa-required nationals not on the transit-visa list can transit without a visa if they meet the document and ticket conditions and leave within 24 hours.
