Cayman Islands Global Citizen Certificate (remote workers) - current status unconfirmed

The Global Citizen Certificate let people employed outside the Cayman Islands live there and work remotely for up to two years. It was created by the Immigration (Transition) (Global Citizen Exemption) Regulations 2020 and applications go to the Director of WORC. Extensions were made more than once, but the current open or closed status could not be confirmed on an official page. A government payment form for annual certificate fees is still online.
