Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme
Saint Lucia grants citizenship by registration under the Citizenship by Investment Act No. 14 of 2015 and regulations (amended many times, most recently S.I. 57 of 2026). Options are a National Economic Fund (NEF) contribution, non-interest National Action Bonds, approved real estate, and approved enterprise projects. Applications go through Authorised Agents; interviews and identity verification apply to applications received from 4 September 2023. Saint Lucia signed the 2025 ECCIRA agreement.
