Liberia's Immigration Service (LIS) offers a Visa on Arrival for travellers flying into Roberts International Airport in Monrovia. You pre-apply online, pay USD 102.5, receive an approval letter with a QR code, and collect the visa sticker at the airport after biometrics. If there is a Liberian embassy in your country, you must apply at the embassy instead. ECOWAS citizens benefit from free movement and LIS states it adheres to the ECOWAS and Mano River Union protocols.
