Monaco hiring permit and work permit
salaried employment
Private-sector employers in Monaco must declare vacancies to the Employment Office, which first proposes candidates with priority status. If no priority candidate is suitable, the employer can propose its own candidate and file a hiring and work permit application signed by both parties. Once approved, the employee receives a work permit and social security registration numbers.
