Local business (employment) visa – working for a Nauruan employer
Nauru's local business (employment) visa is for foreign nationals employed by a Nauruan citizen or a business wholly owned by a Nauruan citizen. The employer must give a reason for hiring a foreigner. The reasons allowed are no or too few skilled people in Nauru, a legally required qualification, or work needed to provide goods and services to Nauruans. The visa lasts up to 12 months, allows multiple entries, and must be granted before you enter Nauru. It is tied to the named employer and job.
