Work Permit, Employment (Work) Visa and Resident Card
Foreign workers in Oman need a Ministry of Labour work permit obtained by the employer, then an employment visa issued by the Royal Oman Police (ROP). After arrival the worker completes a medical exam and gets a resident card from ROP. Work permit fees depend on the profession's category.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries on Oman’s yellow fever list
Travellers aged 9 months and over arriving from a WHO yellow fever risk country, Rwanda or Tanzania (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in a risk country) need a valid certificate.
