Pakistan Online Visa System
Foreigners apply online through the Pakistan Online Visa System (visa.nadra.gov.pk) for a tourist visa. Pakistan missions can grant a tourist visa for three months validity and stay with double entry to nationals of 'List A' countries. Regional Passport Offices can extend it up to six months in total. Some nationalities can get a visa on arrival or enter without a visa under bilateral agreements.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in one) need a valid yellow fever certificate.

Foreign nationals can only apply from their country of origin or from their place of legal permanent residence. Third-country requests are decided by the head of mission.

DGI&P states the Pakistan Online Visa System is open to citizens of 192 countries, and that citizens of 120 countries can apply for a Visa Prior to Arrival for business, tourism or Sikh pilgrimage. Six GCC countries are exempt from visa requirements for these categories.
