Rwanda issues dependant permits to family members of Rwandans (M1), of temporary residence permit holders (M2), and close relatives of permanent residence permit holders (M3). The fee is half of what the principal paid. Applications go through Irembo.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country need a valid yellow fever certificate.
