Venezuelan tourist visa (T) and tourist extension
Venezuela's Foreign Ministry issues a tourist visa (T) through its embassies and consulates for recreation, health or other unpaid activities. Applicants show a passport valid at least six months, proof of residence, bank and work letters, a return ticket, a medical certificate and a hotel booking or notarised invitation. Visitors who need more time can ask the migration service SAIME for a tourist extension, provided they have not been in Venezuela more than 90 days. Venezuela is in a prolonged political, economic and security crisis, and air links and consular services have been disrupted.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in Brazil
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from Brazil (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit there) need a valid yellow fever certificate.
