Vanuatu investor citizenship programmes
DSP, VCP, CIIP, REO
Vanuatu's Citizenship Office and Commission run several investment routes: the Development Support Program (honorary citizenship), the Vanuatu Contribution Program, the Capital Investment Immigration Plan (CIIP, Form D) and the Real Estate Option (REO). Applications go through designated agents with Financial Intelligence Unit due diligence. The EU ended visa-free travel for Vanuatu (Council decision 12 December 2024, Regulation (EU) 2025/11) over its investor citizenship schemes, and the UK has required visas since July 2023. New CIIP applications were reported paused in March 2025 while DSP and VCP stayed open; this was not confirmed on the official site.
