Remote Work Visa - visitor's visa under section 11(1)(b)(iv) for remote work

exceeding 3 months up to 3 years

A visitor's visa letting people employed by a foreign employer live in South Africa while working remotely. The applicant must show gross salary of at least the equivalent of R650,796 a year. Holders may not take up employment in South Africa and SARS tax registration rules apply.
