Working abroad through an Employer of Record (EOR)
An Employer of Record legally employs you on behalf of a company that has no entity in your new country, running payroll, tax and contracts. On some work routes the EOR can also be your sponsor; on others the rules require the business that actually directs your work. Each pathway shows what the official rules say.
