Extend a stay or change category from inside Argentina
Argentina's migration office lets tourists and residents extend their stay or ask to change category from inside the country. A tourist stay runs up to three months and can be extended for a similar period. Requests have fixed filing windows before expiry, and spontaneous filing up to 30 days late adds a 50% surcharge to the fee.
