Temporary residence permit

investment, study, business and other grounds

Article 45.1 of the Migration Code lists the grounds for a temporary residence permit. They include investment, real estate, bank deposits or securities, highly qualified specialists, entrepreneurship, company heads, work permits and full-time study. Permits are issued for up to 1 year and extended for up to 2 years at a time, or up to 3 years for some highly skilled and investment grounds.
