Bridging visa E (subclass 050) if your visa has expired in Australia

A Bridging visa E lets a person stay lawfully for a short time while they arrange to leave, finalise an immigration matter or wait for a decision. It is free. It is for people who are already unlawful, or who hold a BVE 050 or BVD 041. You cannot apply in advance while your visa is still in effect.
