After a stay in Argentina has expired: late filing and exit permit
If a stay has expired, Argentina's migration office says it cannot be extended and the person must ask for an exit permit (habilitación de salida). That permit has a fee and lasts 10 calendar days. A separate rule allows filing up to 30 days late with a 50% surcharge. No general regularisation programme was found on the official pages read.
