American Samoa residency permit

employment-based or family-based

Non-US nationals who want to live or work in American Samoa need a residency permit, petitioned by a sponsor on the basis of employment (Form P-45) or a family relationship (Form P-12). The petition must be approved before the person enters American Samoa, and a bond set by country of origin is paid after approval.
