Temporary residence for relatives of citizens and residents
Close relatives of Azerbaijani citizens can get a temporary residence permit under Article 45.1.1 of the Migration Code. Family members of foreigners who live in Azerbaijan can apply under Article 45.1.5. The relative must give notarised consent unless they attend in person.
