Common Travel Area, UK visit visa and ETA
The Bailiwick of Guernsey is a Crown Dependency with its own Immigration Rules (2008), run by the Guernsey Border Agency, and is part of the Common Travel Area. A UK visit visa also allows a visit to Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, with no separate visa needed. Since 23 April 2026, non-visa nationals travelling directly to Guernsey from outside the UK and Islands need an ETA.
