Family reunification of third-country nationals
A non-EU national living legally in Greece can apply for their family members to join them. The sponsor applies to the one-stop service of the Decentralised Administration for their area for approval of a family reunification entry visa; the family member then applies for a national visa at a Greek consulate and, after entry, for a family reunification residence permit. The sponsor must show personal, stable and regular income at least equal to the annual net income of a minimum-wage earner, increased where required.
